Welcome to MistryDada. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the MistryDada website, mobile applications, and online booking platform (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering, browsing, or placing a booking on this Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the Platform.
To book services or list your services on MistryDada, you must create a verified account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during the signup process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. MistryDada is not responsible for any unauthorized activities on your account due to negligence on your part.
MistryDada connects customers with independent service providers. The prices indicated on the platform are estimated base charges for diagnostic or initial booking inspections.
The final quote for tasks will be shared by the assigned technician upon analyzing the requirements at your venue. Any updates or changes in scope must be mutually agreed upon before starting the service.
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot. Cancellations made inside the 2-hour window may attract a nominal cancellation fee.
Refunds for advance payments or cancellation claims are processed within 5-7 working days directly to your original payment method.
MistryDada conducts thorough screening and background checks of all service providers. However, MistryDada acts strictly as a facilitator connecting clients with professionals.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided by independent technicians, beyond our service guarantee policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, restrict access to the Platform, or reject bookings in cases of fraudulent actions, harassment of technicians, or policy violations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
